Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn is an American actress. Anna Gunn is an American actor. Alongside her roles as Martha Bullock and Jean Ward She has also appeared on The Practice. Anna Gunn was born in Sante Fe New Mexico, in 1968. Her passion for acting in the Preparatory school, prior to moving to Ohio together with her family during the later in the 1970s. She studied theatre at Northwestern University and spent a time studying at the British American Drama Academy. Anna was employed in the Chicago theatre for many years prior to trying out for film and TV roles. Anna's first big role was Arden, in Down the Shore. She made an appearance in 29 episodes. Anna continued to be an actor in few TV shows and movies, such as Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue till the latter part of the 1990's, when she was tapped on a regular basis in the role of Jean Ward in The Practice. In 2000, she was placed in Deadwood for the part of Martha Bullock for two full seasons. In 2008 she was cast as Skyler for the show Breaking Bad. Sully as well as Deadwood were also in her acting career. Gunn was on stage to star in David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers. In 2022 the actress also appeared in a series of audio play podcast called Numbered Days. The relationship that exists between Walter White and his wife Skyler is the most prominent element of the narrative on Breaking Bad with the strained connection between them and eventually its demise mirroring the same arc of Walter White's last years of his life.
